Enhance.MD review

Enhance.MD’s product pages tie lower monthly equivalents to longer billing terms. Compare those pages with the first-month ads, renewal rules and pharmacy details.

Enhance.MD promotes a low first payment, but its product pages show a second set of numbers tied to plan length. A card labeled 12-month is billed every 48 weeks, while the one-month option is billed every four weeks. That difference matters when comparing a yearly budget or a renewal date.

This October 15, 2026 review uses the rendered home and product pages, FAQ and terms. It does not claim an appointment, pharmacy audit or verified treatment outcome. We focus on the bill, the service boundaries and the unresolved details behind the current advertisements.

OUR TAKE

The product pages provide a more useful cost comparison than a first-month headline: they state four-week delivery and billing every 4, 12, 24 or 48 weeks. Confirm the total charged and exit policy before choosing a longer plan.

The lower number belongs to a longer term

The Core semaglutide page displays $249 per month for the one-month option, $237 for three months, $224 for six and $212 for twelve. The Advanced tirzepatide page displays $329, $313, $296 and $280 for those respective terms. Both pages label the billing intervals as 4, 12, 24 and 48 weeks. These are advertised equivalents, not confirmation that each longer plan is charged one month at a time.[source]

A four-week cycle is 28 days; twelve such supplies cover 48 weeks. Save the full amount due today and the next processing date before comparing this with another provider’s calendar-month offer. Also confirm whether the displayed discount already includes a promotional code, whether the complete term is prepaid and what price applies at renewal.

A first-month equivalent does not show the prepaid total

The current rendered homepage shows Core semaglutide from $112 for the first month and $212 afterward, and Advanced tirzepatide from $180 initially and $280 afterward. The product pages tie those lowest continuing equivalents to the 48-week term and describe $100 off longer plans or $50 off a one-month order. A separate banner advertises up to $150 off; its complete eligibility conditions were not established.[source]

We therefore do not present the lowest first-payment figure as the standard price for every patient. Ask which offer is applied to the exact plan, what commitment it requires and what happens after the introductory period. The stated same-price-across-doses policy is a provider claim, not a guarantee that an entire subscription price can never change.

Four weeks of medicine and periodic labs are advertised

The Core and Advanced pages describe four weeks of compounded medication, ongoing provider care, supplies, wellness coaching, platform access and metabolic testing every six months. Free shipping is listed. Confirm which tests, lab location and follow-up visits are included, and whether any baseline test or additional care is billed separately.[source]

Enhance.MD LLC describes itself as a patient-management platform supporting clinicians employed by Enhance Wellness PC and iThriveMD PC. The terms separate the platform from clinical decisions and say payment does not guarantee prescribing or dispensing. The product pages offer a free consultation; we did not test scheduling or clinical access.

Named partners still require an order-specific check

The terms list Rite-Away Pharmacy, Vios Compounding Pharmacy and Beauty Empower Rx LLC doing business as TruMedsRx. Listing a partner does not establish which will dispense a particular order, its current licensing in your state, the exact formulation or its lot-level quality checks. Request that information directly from the clinical and pharmacy team.[source]

The FAQ says an outside pharmacy can receive a prescription, but that pharmacy then bills the patient separately at its own prices. Do not assume the bundled medication allowance transfers unchanged. The FAQ also advertises broad licensing while listing a narrower set of available jurisdictions; confirm current service and shipping eligibility for your address.

Combination marketing is not evidence of an approved combination

The Core and Advanced pages explicitly identify their products as compounded and not FDA-approved, with a claimed Section 503A pathway. The homepage also advertises an Elite formulation combining semaglutide and tirzepatide and a microdosing program. Those offerings should not inherit clinical results from trials of a different approved finished medicine.[source]

FDA guidance distinguishes compounded medicines from approved drugs. We did not establish independent clinical evidence for Enhance.MD’s combination, microdosing claims or claimed superiority. This review does not recommend combining medicines or changing a regimen. Ask the prescribing clinician to explain the specific clinical need, formulation, alternatives and evidence for what is proposed.[source]

Stopping a refill is different from recovering a prepaid balance

The FAQ says membership and prescription transmission renew every 28 days and that patients can pause or cancel, with support available by the published contact details. The terms require cancellation before the next billing cycle and refer the full subscription and payment terms to checkout. The public documents reviewed did not establish a precise advance-day cutoff or complete formula for returning unused prepaid fees.[source]

The product FAQ promises a full initial-payment refund if a patient is found ineligible during onboarding. That is narrower than a general satisfaction guarantee or a right to refund already dispensed medicine. Ask how cancellation affects a plan paid for several future supplies, whether pharmacy transmission creates a cutoff and which portion, if any, can be refunded.

Enhance.MD gives a support response goal of less than 24 hours. We did not measure that goal, clinical response time or shipment arrival. Leave enough time to receive written confirmation before a renewal rather than assuming a pending message stops billing.

Build a budget from the selected agreement

Start with the full initial payment, number of four-week supplies, lab and consultation inclusions, next charge and cancellation policy. Keep a copy of the offer that actually applies at checkout. That record is more useful than multiplying an introductory price by twelve or assuming a 48-week plan covers a full calendar year.[source]

The site’s patient-count, testimonials and outcome language are not independently verified in this review. Its named partners and detailed product pages provide questions to investigate, rather than a clinical rating. Compare providers on confirmed terms and care access, and let a qualified clinician assess whether a particular treatment is suitable.

Your questions, answered

Does a 12-month plan mean a calendar year of medicine?

The product page labels that option as billed every 48 weeks and describes delivery every four weeks. Confirm the exact supplies and next charge.

Is the first-month headline the continuing price?

No. The lowest continuing equivalents on the product pages are tied to the 48-week term. Obtain the applicable discount, total charged and renewal amount for the plan you select.
