OrderlyMeds review

Starter and transfer offers with a stated return to standard monthly rates.

OUR TAKE

OrderlyMeds makes the introductory-to-renewal transition unusually visible. Its lowest monthly-looking figure is a three-month package average, not an ordinary monthly payment.

What stands out

  • Starter and transfer prices separated
  • Standard renewal rates published
  • Visits, medication, supplies and shipping advertised together

What to weigh

  • Introductory eligibility and clinical suitability are separate decisions.
  • No hands-on treatment or support testing

Three ways to enter the same comparison

OrderlyMeds lists different prices for people new to GLP-1s, people transferring treatment and people using standard monthly plans. The new-customer starter package is $224 for three months of compounded semaglutide or $449 for compounded tirzepatide. The page rounds those to $74 and $149 per month. Dividing the actual totals gives about $74.67 and $149.67, so our comparison preserves the package charge.[source]

The transfer offer is $335 for semaglutide or $670 for tirzepatide over three months. It is also described as a new-customer offer. Being new to the company is not necessarily the same thing as being new to the medicine. Confirm which intake path applies before treating either discount as available.

The next bill changes the conclusion

The published standard monthly rates are $149 for compounded semaglutide and $299 for compounded tirzepatide. The FAQ says the next month after the starter program uses standard pricing. At those unchanged rates, a starter package followed by three monthly payments would total $671 for semaglutide or $1,346 for tirzepatide over six months.[source]

Those are scenario calculations, not promises of continued prescribing or future prices. They are useful because they show how a low initial average can obscure a higher ongoing budget. Our six-month worksheet compares this pattern with prepaid and monthly alternatives.

Read the support offer without assigning it a cash value

The pricing FAQ says doctor visits, medication, syringes and shipping are included and that there is no separate membership fee. OrderlyMeds also advertises community and educational support. We did not test those services or verify the promotional dollar value assigned to them, so we do not subtract a claimed support value from the medication bill.[source]

The company separately lists brand-name Wegovy and Zepbound plans. Their prices and products should stay separate from the compounded packages. FDA-approved medicine and a compounded preparation are not equivalent items that happen to have different checkout totals.

What still needs an answer

Ask which pharmacy will dispense, how clinical questions are handled and what happens to prepaid charges if treatment changes. FDA says compounded GLP-1 medicines should be used only when a patient’s needs cannot be met by an approved medicine. A discount code cannot establish that medical reason.[source]

OrderlyMeds is a useful pricing comparator because the renewal schedule is visible. It is not automatically the cheapest complete pathway, and this review has not independently assessed its prescribing or fulfillment quality.
